We worked on our website very closely with a2design, throwing them many our ideas and getting their feedback along with new ideas.
Design satisfying everyone wasn't done from the first time (both us, as clients, and a2design, as providers who has very high quality standards). However, final design of each page after number of revisions was superb. Patience, creativity, focus on client and website purpose - that's what I liked working with a2design. We can show our website to different audience from small business owner to minister.
Technical realization was also very professional: 1. they generated some ideas again regarding interesting website features, 2. delivered everything I needed and tested again and again until it worked 100% right.
Also, I was patiently taught and clearly explained how to work with Bitrix content management system so I can make content edits myself. Even after paying all bills I was getting helpful advices about how to make website better and they always answer my questions. Have analytics tool on my website I can easily track website usage and see where visitors are coming from.
I am working on business requirements for more complex project at this moment and surely want a2design to work on it. Moreover, I explain to all my partners that it's better use professional web design company then cheap freelancers.
